Cologne beer with a proportion of wheat malt, which gives it a subtle malty base. It is characterised by a clear straw colour, fruity notes, balanced bitterness and a dry, refreshing finish.
Each piece of meat first rests in the marinade for 24 hours, then is smoked on beech or oak wood for 4-5 hours and finally slow roasted for 13-15 hours for perfect flavour and juiciness.
