Restaurant and brewery DOCK7

DOCK7 is the place to be for anyone who loves good food and craft beer. It ties friendships, good cheer and fond memories in a tight knot in a designer environment. Simply for those who stick together.

In the national cultural monument – Warehouse No. 7 on the Danube embankment in Bratislava, we have created a restaurant and brewery where honest food, craft beers from our own production and a unique space come together. A space where industrial history comes alive in harmony with modern atmosphere and creates an unforgettable experience.

Meat specialities and vegetarian dishes

Each piece of meat is first rested in a marinade for 24 hours, then smoked on beech or oak wood for 4-5 hours and finally slow roasted for 13-15 hours for perfect flavour and juiciness.
Vegetarians will also enjoy the choice of pasta, salads and other varied dishes. We haven’t forgotten the youngest guests either – for whom we have prepared children’s favourites.

And what about a great meal? Our craft beers. None of them are filtered or pasteurized, so they retain their natural flavor and aroma. We offer traditional Czech lagers, dark beers and more aromatic ALE styles – whether you’re a seasoned beer enthusiast or just discovering the world of craft beers, we have you covered. Behind the brewing is a Czechoslovakian duo – brewery director and head brewer of DOCK7 Tomáš Holec and second head brewer Mário Martinovič. They combine traditional brewing methods with modern technology to deliver a beer you’ll love.
