Consent to the processing of personal data
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, I grant Firma s.r.o., Ulica 01 , 811 09 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, ID No.: 03039394 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
consent to the processing of my personal data:
- name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address
- for the purpose of processing the message from the web form and contacting me back, for a period of 2 years from the date of consent.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending an email to ahoj@firma.sk.
Your rights as a data subject and how to contact the data protection officer
Pursuant to Article 15(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to request free information about the personal data stored about you. If there are legal grounds for this, you additionally have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 GDPR.
If you object to the processing of your personal data, this will not be carried out in the future unless the Processor can demonstrate compelling legitimate interests for further processing which override the rights or interests of the data subject or grounds for exercising a legal claim.
If you yourself have provided the processed data, you have the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR. If the processing of personal data is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing to date.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the country in which you reside or in which the Data Controller is based.
